Hot Vermouth Tea

Vermouth can be very nice in hot drinks. They are seasoned woody and spicy flavours. Here is an hot easy drink, perfect at winter time, it may reminds you hot wine drinks in ski-resort.

Ingredients

5cl Vermouth Routin Rouge
1cl orange juice
1cl 1883 Cinnamon syrup
10cl warm water

Warm up the Vermouth Routin Rouge and the orange juice in a milk pot.(Professionals can use a pan if they do not have a coffee machine with steam nozzle).Pour in a Toddy mug (or cup). Pour the syrup and warm water. Stir well.Garnish with a lemon wedge, cloves and a cinnamon stick.
